My journey in the world of real estate began in April 1988 when I embarked on my career as a Real Estate Agent. At the age of 23, fresh out of university, this became my first and only profession. Starting in residential sales, I quickly made strides in the industry. By 1992, at the age of 27, I proudly held the title of the 7th highest-grossing realtor nationwide within the Homelife network.

In 1990, I extended my pursuits into building single-family homes, and it wasn't until around 2005 that I developed a keen interest in the land assembly and real estate development sector.

The prospect of actively contributing to the creation of neighborhood plans and communities ignited a new passion within me, a desire for a fresh challenge. This realization led me to shift my focus entirely towards investment and development land. My goal became clear: to provide the very best opportunities and services to the investors and developers I collaborate with. As a result, I've cultivated robust relationships with some of Fraser Valley's most esteemed and dynamic developers in both residential and commercial projects.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have maintained my position at the forefront of this industry for over 34 years. The secret to my longevity at the top is simple: I align my goals with the success of my clients. My achievements are a direct result of helping my clients attain their own.
